Mr. Davis obtained a $5,000,000 verdict against LAN/STV for negligent misrepresentation in the plans and specifications, which Eby relied upon in the course of bidding a project for Dallas Area Rapid Transit. this jury verdict against a third party engineer was one of the first of its kind in Texas.
